These are the terms for the Eteq Industrial website. Questions go to attachments@eteqindustrial.co.za or the contact page.
Agreement
Anyone using this website agrees to these terms. They replace the terms published on the previous Eteq Industrial site and keep the same effect: the pages describe the company and its equipment, and using them is not a contract.
Disclaimer
The content is provided by Eteq Industrial about the company and its services. Eteq does not warrant that the site is free of errors or that it will be uninterrupted. Care is taken to keep the information correct, and Eteq is not liable for loss arising from use of the site or from being unable to use it. Warranties implied by law are excluded except where that exclusion would be unlawful. Nothing here is professional advice. Check with Eteq before you act on it, and satisfy yourself that the equipment suits the job before you order.
Use of the content
You may view, download, print and share the content for information and for non-commercial use, provided the notice © Eteq Industrial stays with it. Commercial use of the content needs written permission.
Intellectual property
Text, design, graphics and marks on this site belong to Eteq Industrial unless a manufacturer’s mark is shown, such as Saur or Stricta. Those manufacturer marks belong to their owners. No licence is granted beyond the viewing rights above.
Information can go out of date
Eteq uses reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and does not undertake to update every page or to notify visitors when something is incomplete or out of date. Capacities, warranties and fitment have to be confirmed on the enquiry.
Liability
Eteq is not liable for damage to your equipment from browsing or downloading, for viruses, or for the site being interrupted, whether the cause is Eteq or a third party. Eteq is not liable for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content.
Changes
Eteq may change the site and these terms without notice. The terms on this page at the time you use the site are the ones that apply, so read them again when you return.
Not an offer
Under section 21 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, nothing on this site is a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement or offer. It is an invitation to do business. Sending a message through the contact buttons does not create an agreement. A valid agreement needs an acknowledgement from Eteq.
Electronic messages
If you contact Eteq electronically, you agree that electronic messages can meet any legal requirement that the communication be in writing.
Other websites
Links to other sites are for convenience. Eteq does not control them, does not endorse them, and is not responsible for their content or for whether you can open them.
Enquiries
The quote form opens your own email or WhatsApp so the note goes to sales. When a CRM address is connected, the same name, phone, email, interest and message are also sent there as a lead. Sales mail is attachments@eteqindustrial.co.za. Job applications go to jobs@eteqindustrial.co.za and should not be sent on the sales form.
Cookies
If you choose “Accept and remember pages”, the site stores a first-party cookie and a short list of the pages you opened on this browser. That list can be included with an enquiry and, when the CRM is connected, sent with the lead and as page views. If you choose “Necessary only”, that cookie is not set and the page list is not kept. The choice is stored on your browser. You can clear it by clearing this site’s saved data.
Law
The site is operated from South Africa. South African law governs use of the site and these terms.
